SAMBA, Dec 6: Seeking support of the people to make Party’s Mission 44+ a grand success, BJP MP from Mathura and cine-star Hema Malini today said that her Party if voted to power in the State will bring it out of present mess and take it on the path of development and prosperity.
During her hectic tour of Jammu region today Hema Malni addressed three massive poll rallies at Purmandal in Samba district, R S Pura In Jammu and Nagri Parole in Kathua and sought vote and support for party candidates Dr Divender Singh Manyal, for Samba, Gagan Bhagat for RS Pura and Rajeev Jasrotia for Kathua Assembly segments respectively.
Appealing people to vote for BJP and make Mission 44+ a success on the pattern of Mission 272+, she said her Party Government will weed out corruption from public life and put the State on path of progress and development.
“Our poll plank is corruption free Government and development of the State’’ she said while addressing rally at Purmandal. The area has been neglected totally and sitting MLA has failed to provide attention to the area as is visible from the dilapidated condition of roads in the area, she added.
Hema Malini said she has not seen worst condition of roads any where as she saw in Purmandal during her visit despite the fact that it is a holy town where lakhs of pilgrims visit every year to pay obeisance at sacred Devika and take a holy bath.
Seeking vote for Dr Manyal from Samba Constituency, she said the BJP candidate will work for both nation as well as his Constituency.
Highlighting the achievements of Narendera Modi led NDA Government at Centre, she said prices have been contained to a great extent and India’s image improved at the international level with PM emerging as a great world leader.
Making scathing attack on Congress, NC and PDP she said the leaders of these parties looted the State when they came into power and left the people in lurch. While appealing the people to teach these parties a lesson by voting enmass in favour of BJP candidate, she said there is no difference in these parties and they all are the faces of the same coin.
On the repeated insistence of people, she also repeated her dialogue of Sholay Film “Chal Dhanno Aaj Teri Basanti key Izzat Ka Sawal Hain’’ and later asked the people to keep the honour of Basanti by voting in favour of BJP.
At Nagri Parole Kathua where women outnumbered men in BJP rally, Heema Malini appealed the fair sex to vote enmass in favour of her Party for the development of the area and make the dream of Mr Modi a success.
