Development, well being of people top priority of BJP: Yudhvir

JAMMU, Dec 31: Continuing his efforts to extend every possible help to people, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), State general secretary, Yudhvir Sethi got a damaged and unsafe building strengthened at Chand Nagar besides starting construction work of lanes & drains at General Bus Stand Mohalla today.
Speaking in the occasion, Yudhvir Sethi said that people must get better roads, lanes and drains besides lead an honorable life is for what all BJP is striving. Unlike past development work is being carried out without prejudice and in a most transparent manner. Among others present included Sardar Gurcharan Singh, Rajesh Dogra, Sawaran Singh, Uttam Chand, Chaman Angral, Rajjat Kumar, Rajesh Kumar etc.
Chand Nagar, president of BJP joined by executive members complimented Sethi for coming to the rescue of a family whose house was in shambles and about to fall.
They said that by extending help and giving support to the building by way of fixing girders and additional columns the structure has been strengthened and the family which had evacuated the property are not able to shift back into their home.
The Ward president and other BJP leaders said that this is a great work done by the BJP general secretary, Yudhvir Sethi who got the building strengthened which was about to fall. Had this work not been done there would have been a disaster in the area. He said either the building would have collapsed and caused damage to the nearby properties or it would have caused casualties for those living in it.
Now that the old building stands strengthened the family can move back and have thanked the BJP general secretary for extending necessary support at a very right time.
Sethi asked the workers to identify and search people whose homes are either in shambles or those who don’t have any homes so that their cases could be taken up with the concerned department under housing for all scheme.
