JAMMU, Jan 23: Councillor Ajay Gupta along with BJP State secretary Ajay Pargal started construction work of retaining wall of a drain work with an estimated cost of Rs 7 lakh in Ward 52, here today.
“It was a long pending demand of the locals which was fulfilled today,” said Councillor Ajay Gupta. He said that his priority is to provide development in these areas where no development has been done by any Govt.
The developmental works in the area will be completed within the stipulated time frame and said that his dream is to provide every basic civic amenity to every resident of the Ward and make this ward a model Ward of Jammu city, he added.
He also said that the vision of our Prime Minister is to provide development and connectivity to every village and every town. “He is very pleased to see the development being done under the Smart City Project and soon our Jammu city will look like a metropolitan city,” he asserted.
