Devote more time to conduct Sampark Abhiyaan: Langeh to party men

JAMMU, Feb 22: Jammu and Kashmir BJP Anusuchit Jaati Morcha president and former MLA, Neelam Langeh, stressed upon the Morcha activists to devote more time for the successful conduct of the ‘Basti Sampark Abhiyaan’ to be undertaken from February 24 to March 10 next month. He was addressing a meeting of the Morcha office bearers at party headquarter, Trikuta Nagar, Jammu, which was convened to discuss the forthcoming ‘Basti Sampark Abhiyaan’ programme.
Neelam Langeh, while sharing the details of this programme, said that the Anusuchit Jaati Morcha will be launching ‘ Basti Sampark Abhiyaan’ on February 24 this month, on the occasion of the Prakash Utsav of great saint Guru Ravi Dass Ji and culminated on March 10, under which the Morcha leaders at different levels, will visit such localities/Bastis, which have the population of Scheduled Castes. He said that during their visit to these localities, they will have direct interaction with the members of the SC community, listen to their grievances, if any, and also discuss various welfare schemes of the Narendra Modi Government with them.
Neelam Langeh further said that the motive of ‘Basti Sampark Abhiyaan’ is to reach at the doorsteps of the people of SC community in different areas of the Jammu and Kashmir UT and present before them the report card of the Modi Government containing various schemes aimed at their socio-economic upliftment and also identify such families which have not availed the benefit of any scheme and help them in applying for the same.
Former Vice Chairperson, Balbir Ram Rattan, Morcha vice presidents, Seema Devi, Vijay Anand Gill, B.R. Rao, Rakesh Sangral and Mohindar Bhagat, general secretary, Adarsh Jethiar, secretaries, Rakesh Dev, Raj Kumar Bhagat, Raj Kumar Shivotra and Narinder Pal, treasurer, Yash Pal Shivgotra, office secretary, Hans Raj Loria, district president, Natha Ram and others attended this meeting.
