JAMMU, July 17: Bollywood star singer and music director, Saleem along with Sahil Mahajan (MD, Maa Bawe Wali Records) and Prem Shahkoti (anchor of Master Saleem Musical Group) released a devotional song ‘Laddi Sai De Bacha’.
Speaking on the occasion, Saleem complimented the singer, musicians and composer for making such a beautiful devotional song. Observing that music knows no boundaries, Saleem said it binds the people in a unique cord and generates harmony in the society. “And, when music relates to spirituality, it directly touches souls and creates an aura free of tension and hatred,” he added.
The devotional song has been sung by Rajveer Manni, music has been given by Ashh K, lyrics by Sonu Raipuria and produced by Pathan Darbar. Video Director of the song is KK Malhotra, project is of Sahil Mahajan and the song has been released under the banner Maa Bawe Wali Records.
Saleem lauded the efforts of Rajveer Manni, saying his quest for devotional songs holds a promise to be a leading artist in the near future. “Devotional music quenches the spiritual thirst of devotees”, he said, wishing the young singer a bright future. He said music plays pivotal role in preserving culture and taking it beyond boundaries.
The renowned music director and singer said that Jammu and Kashmir has no dearth of talent but the only need is to identify and polish it by expert hands. He also hoped that the album will inspire young artists of the UT to explore their hidden talent and make their niche in the society. He hoped this would go a long way to promote local talent.
