JAMMU, Oct 22: Dogra Front and Shiv Sena has criticized the Government for hiking the rates of milk by 25 percent and said that the decision of CAPD is not acceptable to people at any cost.
Ashok Gupta president of Shiv Sena said that price hike of milk will hit the poor consumers who are already reeling under the burden of rising prices of other essential commodities.
The SS and DF activists took out a procession against the price rise of milk and raised slogans against the authorities.
The protest culminated at JMC Office and the activists of DF and SS sat on a dharna in front of Health Officer’s office there.
Mr Gupta also warned that in case the adulterated milk supply is not stopped the activists of SS and DF will take a direct action against the culprits.
