JAMMU, Mar 16: Director General, Medical Services Air Marshal Rajan Chaudhary today visited the Military Hospital, Satwari here today.
He was received by Brigadier Man Mohan Harjai, Commandant of the hospital. The DG visited the entire new hospital complex and appreciated the efforts taken by the hospital authorities in augmenting the infrastructure and amenities available for the patients. He also appreciated the state of art modular delivery suit housed in the labour room of the new hospital complex. He was impressed that the military hospital Jammu is having the latest concept of maternity OT along with the delivery suit as any obstetrical emergency can be tackled without any delay.
During his round, he interacted with all Medical officers, specialist officers and paramedical staff and encouraged them to continue hard work and motivated them to keep up the standard of the health care being provided to the patients.
The Air Marshal Chaudhary congratulated Brig Harjai, Commandant of the hospital for observing the concept of patient safety, soft skills, upkeep and cleanliness of the hospital premises.
