JAMMU, Dec 31: On the eve of New Year, Director General of Police (DGP) RR Swain has approved the promotion of 37 Sub-Inspectors (SIs) of the Executive Wing and Ministerial Executive Cadre to the next grade.
Among the promoted officers are 31 SIs of Executive Police and 6 of Ministerial Executive Cadre.
In his message to the promoted officers, the DGP has congratulated them and their families and expressed hope that their elevation would make them more committed and dedicated in their professional sphere.
