JAMMU, Mar 9: The Government has promoted Deputy Superintendent of Police (Armoury) Police Headquarters (PHQ), Gulzar Ahmed to his next higher rank as Superintendent of Police (Armoury) (PHQ).
Director General of Police, K. Rajendra Kumar today decorated the officer with higher ranks at a piping ceremony held at PHQ here today.
