JAMMU, Dec 12: The Director General of Police (DGP) Nalin Prabhat today pinned new rank on the newly promoted SP Ravinder Singh.
The pipping ceremony was attended by IGP BS Tuti, AIG Personnel Sandeep Wazir, and SO to DGP Syed Al-Tahir Gillani.
