JAMMU, Sept 26: Judicial Magistrate Munsiff Jammu, Susheel Singh today granted interim bail to Pooja, daughter of K Rajendra, DGP.
She was arrested by Pacca Danga Police under Section 304-A/279 after she crushed to death a pedestrian under an official car yesterday.
While granting interim bail to Pooja, Judicial Magistrate Munsiff directed her to furnish bail bond and personal bond to the tune of Rs 20,000 each. The Judicial Magistrate also directed police to release her from the custody with the condition that she will appear before the IO every day for two hours. The matter will be heard on September 29.
