Dharam Jagran Rath Yatra to conclude on June 26

JAMMU, June 24: The ongoing Rath yatra organized by Dharam Jagran, which was started on April 10 from Barnai and after travelling in other parts of the State entered into Jammu province on June 12, will be conclude on June 26.
This was disclosed by senior office bearers of Dharam Jagran Samanvay Bhiwag while addressing a press conference here today.
The said on the concluding day, a grand function will be organized at Ram Lila Ground in Sainik Colony at 6 pm, where the Kul Devtas of Dogra including Kali Veer and Raja Mandlik will be worshiped in the presence of large number of devotees.
“The function will be graced by Major General Shamsher Singh Jamwal. MP Jugal Kishore Sharma will be chief guest and Advocate Sudershan Sharma will be guest of honour. Other dignitaries will be National vice president of Dharam Jagran, Sharad Dole and Regional Head, Rakesh Kumar”, they further informed.
The further added that the main motive behind conducting the Rath Yatra was to aware the people about their Kul Devtas, aware Hindus about their decreasing population in our country and ill effects of ‘Love Jehad’, and to end the discrimination of other religions, conversion of Hindus to other religions and end the drug addiction from the society.
They also appealed the people to join and participate in more numbers to attend the main function on the concluding day and get the blessing of the ‘Devtas’ to get peace and prosperity in their life and State.
