REASI, Dec 29: Dharmari Cricket Club defeated Dewal Cricket Club in a close contest in the T20 Cricket Tournament, being organized by Reasi Police at Sports Stadium, here.
Batting first, Dewal Cricket Club scored 121/8 in 15 overs. Shahbaz top scored with 22 runs, while Saleem and Sohail contributed 14 runs each. For Dharmari Club, Ajaz and Mushtaq took 2 wickets each, while Saddam claimed one.
In reply, Dharmari Cricket Club scored 122 runs to win the match by 2 wickets. Javed top scored with 35 runs, while Mushtaq contributed 34 runs to the total. Saleem took 3 wickets for Dewal Cricket Club. Mushtaq of Dharmari Club was adjudged as Man of the Match for taking 2 wickets and scoring 34 runs. He was presented award by SHO Reasi Kuldeep Krishen Bhat.
The match was officiated by Vikas Anand and Vikas Sharma as umpires, while Kewal Bali was the scorer.
