SRINAGAR, May 24: Director Health Services, Kashmir Dr. Mushtaq Ahmad Rather today inaugurated a health camp for elderly people here at UPHC Batamaloo.
At the camp over 200 patients with different ailments were seen, mostly senior citizens.
On the occasion, the director gave a counseling session to the kin of the patients and stressed caring for elderly people at home.
The camp was attended by different specialties which included Geriatric Specialists, Psychiatry, ENT, ophthalmology, dietician and physiotherapist.
Logistics for the said camp were provided by CMO Srinagar Dr. Jameeel Ahmad Mir and ZMO Batamaloo, Dr. Sameena Jan.
