JAMMU, Apr 20: Efforts are being made to start a dialysis centre and an eye operation theatre at Guru Nanak Mission Hospital (GNMH) soon.
This was stated by the chairman of the Hospital, S. Harbans Singh, also a former Minister during a function here today at the Hospital in which eminent Radiologist of North India and outgoing president of GNMH, Dr. Inder Singh was honoured by the chairman and other members of management committee of the Hospital for his outstanding services to the society.
A former Professor and Head Department of Radio Diagnostic Department at Government Medical College, Jammu, Dr. Inder Singh has been responsible for installation of CT Scan, Ultrasound and other Radiological facilities in the Hospital.
A handout of the Hospital stated that these services are provided on nominal charges to the members of the society.
