JAMMU, June 1: District Institute of Education and Training (DIET) Jammu organized a programme at GMMS Satwari under the directions of Deep Raj, Project Director SAMAGRA Shiksha and Ajeet Sharma, State Nodal Officer for G-20 (EdWG) Janbhagidari Events in J&K.
The programme was inaugurated by Nand Kishor, Principal DIET Jammu in the presence of Rita Sharma, HOD District Coordinator NIPUN Bharat, Amarjyoti Kour, HOD, Viney Khajuria, Sr. Lect, Sumeet Sawhney, Sr. Lect, Sugandh, Sr. Lect, Sandeep Singh, State PRATHAM head along with Muzamil, District PRATHAM head.
The Janbhagidari events on the theme ‘Ensuring Foundational Literacy and Numeracy’ especially in the context of blended learning from June 1 to 15, 2023 were launched at GMMS Satwari in presence of Sunita Rani, Head Master GMMS Satwari, staff members and students.
The programme started with welcome address followed by NIPUN Bharat Anthem.
Principal DIET Jammu highlighted objectives of Janbhagidari events focusing on the main deliverables like G-20, NEP-2020, Digital Initiatives and Foundational Literacy and Numeracy.
He encouraged the staff and students to participate in all events with zeal and zest.
The program concluded with the NIPUN Bharat pledge.
