DIG CRPF interacts with students going to attend National Integration Camp

JAMMU, Dec 20: DIG Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) Hiranagar Range SLC Khup today interacted with the students, who are going to attend National Integration Camp to be held in village Pransla of Tehsil Upleta of Rajkot district Gujarat from December 23 to 30.
This camp will be attended by around 10000 students from various States of the country. Fifty students of various districts of Jammu region are being sponsored by CRPF in this program.
SLC Khup, DIG, CRPF Hiranagar Range interacted with these students during a pre-departure event organized at 33 Battalion CRPF HQ Preet Nagar, Gangyal Jammu.
During the event, Khup reiterated the public friendly approach of CRPF and extended best wishes to the students for their tour. The students were very enthusiastic and looking forward positively towards the tour.
The aim of the tour is to acquaint the youth with real India, its civilization, culture, heritage, secularism and inculcate the feelings of national integration in them.
It is pertinent to mention here that CRPF is organizing and co-coordinating the move of these children from Jammu to Rajkot and back. Besides, the Force is also providing other essential items such as t-shirts, shoes, pillow, blankets etc. to these students. The students will be sent tomorrow by Jammu-Ahmedabad Express.
The complete arrangement is being looked after by A Padma Kumar, Commandant 33 Battalion CRPF.
During the event today, Ashish Kumar Jha, Commandant 166 Battalion CRPF, KD Joshi, Commandant 160 Battalion CRPF, Mohammad Khalid Khan, Commandant 137 Battalion CRPF, Harinder Kumar, Commandant 187 Battalion CRPF and other officers and personnel of the force were also present.
