JAMMU, Oct 14: The Home Department today ordered an inquiry against DySP IRP 3rd battalion Farooq Ahmad Reshi (then posted as DySP Traffic Kulgam/Qazigund).
DIG Central Kashmir Range Ahfadul Mujtaba has been appointed as Inquiry Officer.
The charges against Reshi have already been served to him, an order issued by Principal Secretary, Home Department, Suresh Kumar said.
The Inquiry officer has been asked to complete the inquiry and submit the report within 45 days.
Aijaz Ahmad, Chief Prosecuting Officer, Srinagar district has been designated as the Presenting Officer.
