JAMMU, Mar 7: Deputy Inspector General of Police Jammu-Samba-Kathua Range Shakeel Ahmed Beigh inaugurated flagship Crime Criminal Tracking and Network (CCTN) Project at police station Hiranagar.
On the occasion, SP Kathua Neeva Jain, Additional SP Kathua Nasir Khan and territorial officers were also present.
System Integrator, CCTN Project Ashwani and technical staff of District Police Kathua demonstrated the project.
DIG Jammu while speaking highlighted the features of CCTN Project. He added that CCTN Project shall make complete computerization of the working of the police.
He also laid stress on transparency, accountability and increasing the efficiency of police working, adding that CCTN is a major step in bringing the same.
