JAMMU, Feb 17: As part of Civic Action Programme of J&K Police and to promote national integration, a Bharat Darshan tour of 55 students along with two caretakers was flagged off today by Shridhar Patil, DIG Doda-Kishtwar-Ramban range from Officers Mess, Gulshan Ground here.
Many officers including SP Headquarter Jammu, DySP DAR Jammu and others were also present on the occasion.
The initiative was designed to offer students an opportunity to explore various parts of India.
Arrangements for the tour including boarding, lodging and air tickets have been made by Zonal Police Headquarters Jammu under the supervision of ADGP Jammu Zone.
