JAMMU, Sept 6: Monthly meeting of Retirees Police League District Jammu was held today under the chairmanship of Karanjit Singh President Retirees Police League District Jammu. Mohammad Sadiq (Bhola), Vice President was also present. DIG JKS Range Shiv Kumar Sharma and SSP Jammu Joginder Singh also joined the meeting. Thereafter many important issues including discrepancies in pay pension of pensioners non availability of medicines in Police Hospital to the pensioners reservation for children of retired police personnel in Government Services were raised.
Members requested to the DIG JKS range and SSP Jammu to take up problems of retirees with higher authorities. They assured the ex police personnel of help and take up matter with Police Headquarters. Large number of retired police officers including SSPs Ranjit Singh Sarwar Chohan, Suresh Sharma, Mahadeep Singh Jamwal, Prabhdyal Sharma, Pawan Khajuria, Retd SPs Sewa Singh, S R Datta, B I Koul, Bhushan Garyali, V S Kundal, DSPs Kamal Sharma, Yoginder Singh, J S Chib, J L Dhar, Vijay Chowdhary, Ravinder Thusu, Rakesh Gupta, Kuldip Khajuria, Parshotam Bali, Inspector Mohd Taj, SIs Balwinder Kumar and Gh Nabi Manohar Lal participated in the meeting.
