Digital India key of communication in lockdown: Rajwal

JAMMU, Apr 26: IT and Social Media Department of J&K BJP here today interacted with all its District Incharges across the Union Territory via audio conference wherein stress was laid on Digital India being the key for communication during the ongoing lockdown.
The conference was presided over by Jaidev Rajwal, Incharge IT and Social Media Department of J&K BJP and Co-Incharge, Ishant Gupta.
During the conference, Rajwal discussed the future course of plans and programmes to be taken in coming days to combat Coronavirus pandemic.
He direct all the District Incharges to promote party activities, policies of government at grass root level using the platform of social media and also provide digital assistance to the needy people during the lockdown.
“Union Government headed by Prime Minister, Narendra Modi is working tirelessly to provide all assistance to the needy persons during the lockdown and it is possible because of Modi’s vision for Digital India which is an effective tool during the lockdown as all the Union Ministers including MoS PMO, Dr. Jitendra Singh and others are continuously interacting with Government officials and departments via Video and Audio Conferences.”
Ishant Gupta while speaking on the occasion talked about the importance of Aarogya Setu App.
