JAMMU, July 12: Protest demonstration was held by the activists of Jammu West Assembly Movement against the harassment by the police and civil administration to the Amarnath yatra Langar organizers, pilgrims coming in the State, poor arrangements of the Shrine Board, stone pelting by the miscreants and all those who want to disturb the smooth conduct of the holy pilgrimage.
Addressing the protestors JWAM president Sunil Dimple urged Governor N N Vohra to check and review the yatra arrangements again and visit the Baltal route area to enquire the yatra arrangements as the Langar organizers and the pilgrims are not getting the proper facilities on the route.
Others present were Sham Saroop, B L Sahni, Dev Raj, Mulkh Raj Abrol, Rajinder Gandotra, Kulwant Sharma, Vikas Gupta, Vipan, Mukesh, Rakesh, Raj Kumar, Vinod Suri, Harbans Tondon, Som Nath Sharma and Sonu Kapai.
