Dimple holds protest, demands darbar move

JAMMU, Sept 19: Reiterating his demand for starting the Darbar Move and restoration of Statehood status for J&K, a protest organized by Sunil Dimple, president Mission Statehood was held here today.
Addressing the protesters, Dimple demanded the LG Manoj Sinha to make an announcement to start darbar move practice this year, as the traders are suffering heavy loss after the stoppage of darbar move.
He alleged that the business has totally finished in Jammu after stopping of darbar move and now the labour department is harassing traders by its order of weekly closure.
“We will continue the struggle for the restoration J&K State, Article 370 and for the implementation of the instrument of accession conditions,” he said.
Among others who were present during the protest included Sachin Soi, Sat Sharma, Rupesh Bhat, Anmol Anand and Sanjay Kumar.
