JAMMU, Feb 28: JMC Councillor, Dinesh Gupta of Ward 18 today started work of laying tiles and construction of drains in Sarwal area here and these works shall be completed at an expenditure of Rs. 9 lakh.
J&K BJP Spokesperson, Balbir Ram Rattan, who was also present on the occasion, said that elected representatives of BJP in JMC are doing their best to ensure overall development of their Wards as a result of which the real development is clearly visible on ground. Dinesh Gupta said that people of the area were demanding remodeling of the street and reconstruction of the drains and their demands have been fulfilled with start of the work for the same.
He assured that in future too, every nook and corner of the Ward will be given due share in matters of development.
Prominent among those present on the occasion were Chander Mohan Sharma, Subhash Gupta, Karan Sharma, Satish Honda, Revti Sharma, Mukesh Honda, Amandeep and others.
