JAMMU, Apr 21: Public Works Department (PWD) has issued a circular directing all the officers /officials of the department not to leave their headquarters without seeking proper permission from controlling officers and not visit the Secretariat premises without proper permission from the controller.
In case of any personal work, the officer/official should route their grievances through their controlling officers to the Administrative Secretary. Any officer/official found violating circular instructions will be dealt under J&K Employees (Conduct) Rules.
