JAMMU, Mar 19: The Directors, Heads of Departments, and Chief Engineers headquartered in Leh and Kargil districts have been instructed to adhere to compliance orders and circulars as per the directives issued on July 9, 2019. These guidelines apply to all officials in the region. Additionally, Directors and HODs must obtain prior approval from their Administrative Secretary before conducting tours within their jurisdiction and submit tour notes accordingly, with a copy sent to the Chief Secretary’s office.
