JAMMU, Mar 18: As per the reports received by the Governor N.N. Vohra Rs.599.16 crore has been disbursed to the flood victims by the concerned Deputy Commissioners. Till date Rs. 539.83 crore has been disbursed to 54,335 beneficiaries for the cases of flood damaged houses while Rs.59.33 crore has been disbursed to 23,112 traders in Kashmir valley.
Relief disbursed to the victims of flood damaged houses till date is: Rs. 266.33 crore to 16,154 cases in Srinagar district; Rs. 0.81 crore to 409 cases in Ganderbal district; Rs. 23.13 crore to 1020 cases in Budgam district; Rs.96.60 crore to 13,914 cases in Anantnag district; Rs 20.51crore to 2,544 cases in Bandipora; Rs.35.12 crore to 8,440 cases in Baramulla district; Rs 12.80 crore to 1250 cases in Rajouri Rs.12.43 to 2483 cases in Udhampur; Rs.2.90 crore to 1236 cases in Doda district; Rs. 7.28 crore to 1251 cases in Shopian district; Rs.19.08 crore to 3275 cases in Kulgam district; Rs.0.21 crore to 89 cases in Kupwara district; Rs. 28.85 crore to 1154 cases in Pulwama district and Rs.13.77 crore to 1116 cases in Poonch district.
A total of Rs. 59.33 crore has been disbursed till date to 23112 traders which includes: Rs. 0.60 crore to 388 beneficiaries in Baramulla; Rs.2.55 crore to 478 beneficiaries in Bandipora; Rs.8.27 crore to 3120 beneficiaries in Budgam; Rs.4.21 crore to 1493 beneficiaries in Pulwama; Rs.0.26 crore to 233 beneficiaries in Shopian; Rs. 9.44 crore to 4825 beneficiaries in Anantnag; Rs. 3.67 crore to 1168 beneficiaries in Kulgam; and Rs.30.33 crore to 11,407 beneficiaries in Srinagar.
