Displaced Pandit Youth Forum holds protest

JAMMU, Aug 28: Displaced Pandit Youth Forum held a protest and demanded immediate release of selections lists under Prime Minister’s Special Employment Package for Kashmiri migrants.
Large number of Kashmiri pandit youth held protest and stated that more than 3000 candidates have qualified written test, appeared in the interviews and also followed the rules and procedure of Jammu and Kashmir Service Selection Board, but selections lists of these candidates are pending for the last over four years.
They appealed to Chief Minister, Deputy Chief Minister and Chairperson of Jammu and Kashmir Service Selection Committee to release the selection list of the candidates selected under Prime Minister’s Special Employment Package for Kashmiri migrants.
The demonstration was held in the presence of Deepak Jad, Ashwani Mantoo, GP Singh, Deepak Kumar, Vikram Mawa and others.
