JAMMU, May 27: Distribution of ration and essential items among needy persons continued here today.
166 Battalion CRPF distributed ration kits among needy and poor people in village Karawa of tehsil Banihal in district Ramban. Shakti Singh, Second-in-Command, Renuka, Assistant Commandant and other official were present.
Bank of India, Satwari Branch, Amritsar Zone under NBG North-I distributed dry ration to needy and distressed people in Lower Roop Nagar area. Chief Manager Satwari Branch Puneet Gupta, General Manager NBG North 1 Salil Kr Swain, Zonal Manager Vasudev, Deputy Zonal Manager Kewal Kumar Garg, Harish Khurana, PRO, NBG North-I, Anita Chand Puri social activist and many others were present on the occasion.
Youth Wing of Bharat Raksha Manch under the guidance of UT Youth President Rohit Bajrangi and General Secretary of UT J&K Satpal Hindu distributed food items among the needy people near Railway Station Jammu. The program of food distribution was chaired by Pawan Kundal, Deepak Sharma, Sanjay, Anil, Pankaj, Manoj, Rakesh Kaka, Sunny, Deepu, Arvind, Saurabh and Ajay.

Gen TK Kaul, Er K K Mattoo GGF Advisor J&K, Dr Prem Sharma GGF Advisor Jammu, Jaswinder Singh Kuku GGF Advisor Jammu City, RL Sharma Owner Sarpanch Da Dhaba, Prof Qayoom Chauhan GGF Volunteer, Subash Singh Thakur, Dwarkanath Sharma Panch, Amit Varma, Dr Vishal Partap Singh, Ragav Changotra, Chanderbhan Thakur and Ankush Varma distributed the material among the needy families.
BJP Kashmir Displaced District distributed ration and other essential items on the directions of TN Bhat President BJP KK in the areas of Ganga Nagar (Bantalab), Netar Kothey, Bohri and Udheywala. Vinod Pandita General Secretary BJP KDD, Bharat Bhushan Bhat (Gosani) and Shuban Pandit, Vice Presidents, Vishal Jotishi Secretary BJP, Vinod Bhat Treasurer, Makhan Lal Bhat Vice President, Rahul Koul Yuva Morcha President BJP KDD, Satish Zutshi Corporator, Ravinder Kumar Sarpanch, Ayush Bhat Secretary Social Media Cell and Sanjay Bhat were present on the occasion.
Authorities in Baramulla kick-started free distribution of essential ration items among migrant families. The drive was launched on the directions of Deputy Commissioner Baramulla Dr GN Itoo. On the occasion, Assistant Director Food Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Baramulla Shiekh Tariq was also present.

Youth National Conference under the chairmanship of its Vice President Jammu Ankush Abrol distributed ration among the Corona warriors and the needy people at Ward Number 30, Talab Tillo.
