JAMMU, May 29: Distribution of ration and essential items among the needy persons continued.
Gandhi Global Family J&K distributed dry ration among 25 local needy families of Sainik Colony, Sector-C in the premises of Mandir, identified by a team of senior citizens of Sector C, Sainik Colony, Jammu. 35th Relief Camp was organised by GGF J&K in presence of GGF President J&K, Padmashri Dr S P Varma. Dr Jaswant Singh Former Director, Animal Husbandry Kashmir, Er KK Mattoo GGF Advisor J&K, Dr Prem Sharma GGF Advisor Jammu, Jaswinder Singh Kuku GGF Advisor Jammu City, Rani Mattoo, Yog Raj Singh Salathia Ex Air Force Officer, Dr Joginder Singh Soodan Physician Specialist, MR Sharma Ex-Xen, Harish Chander Singh Ex Army Officer, RS Baloria, Prabha Salathia Life Member, Sanjeev Sharma Educationist, BB Anand, Parkash Singh Jamwal eminent social activist, Qayoom Chauhan, Devender Sharma Member Mandir Committee, Amit Varma, Mumtaz Kabir Vinoba and Ankush Varma distributed the material among the needy families.
Helpage India Jammu distributed 200 sanitizers at different locations of Jammu including Muthi, Paloura, Sarwal, etc. Sanitizers were also distributed at several check posts. The sanitizers were sponsored by Martand KP Brigade Charitable Trust.
