JAMMU, Mar 22: Divisional Commissioner Jammu, Hemant Kumar Sharma today held a video conference with officers of Samba, Kathua and Rajouri districts to review the implementation of Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti’s commitments made during the public meeting as part of her “Public Out Reach Programme”.
The Divisional Commissioner sought the present status of various works being underway in different sectors including PHE, PDD, Education, Tourism, Health, R&B and other departments demanded by various deputations of these districts during Chief Minister’s public meetings.
While exhorting upon the officers to work with extra zeal and dedication, the Divisional Commissioner directed them to speed up the pace and complete all the undertaken works within stipulated time frame. No laxity in this regard would be tolerated, he added.
He asked the concerned officials to ensure the optimum utilization of available resources and directed to submit area wise progress report to his office.
