RAMBAN, Oct 6: Divisional Commissioner Jammu, Shan-tmanu (Enquiry Officer) appointed by the Government to enquire into Dharam incident, that occurred on July 18, 2013, today on his way to Gool met with senior Civil and Police Officers at Dak Banglow Ramban and initiated the process of enquiry.
Shantmanu will visit the site of incident at Dharam Gool tomorrow and record the statements of witnesses of incident at Dak Bungalow, Sangaldan.
