JAMMU, July 7: The year 2012 has been particularly significant for the brand “DLF” as, in a span of 45 days, it was conferred with three prestigious titles symbolic of consumer trust.
This is in addition to the five industry honours that the company received in the last two years taking the total tally to 8.
Recently “The Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata” in its Brand Trust Report- India Study 2012, ranked “Brand DLF” as India’s most trusted Construction Brand in its study covering 17000 brands across 15 cities. The study involved 2 million data points and 12000 hours of field-back. The basic tool used for the research was the Trust Matrix that measures 61 tangible and intangible aspects of the brand trust.
Soon after being given the status of most trusted brand by ISI Kolkata, the company was presented the status of a Power Brand in the “Power Brand Awards, 2012” from Planman Media on June 22, 2012 based on research conducted by ICMR on the consumption patterns of brand across 22 cities of India.
Another very prestigious recognition came from the “Readers Digest Magazine” when DLF was voted as the Gold Winner in the Readers Digest Trusted Brand Survey- 2012. This was a 8-nation consumer research for brands in 43 categories of products and services across a wide range of industries. Parameters of research were trustworthiness, credibility, quality, understanding of consumer needs, values, innovation and social responsibility.
Thousands of respondents were chosen from Asia’s key markets such as China, Thailand, Malaysia, Hong Kong, India, Philippines, Singapore and Taiwan.
