Munger, 17 June : The District Magistrate Navin Kumar expressed serious concern over the slow pace of the distribution of loan under various schemes of the Centre and state.
While reviewing the progress of implementation of the Prime Minister Employment Generation Programme(PMEGP), the P M Micro Food Processing Industries Upgradation scheme, Bihar Mukhyamantri Udyami Yojana and other intrepreneurship related schemes of the union and the Bihar governments here on Saturday, the DM directed all those bankers who have rejected the loan applications of the beneficiaries, to review their decisions. He said that the officers concern has been asked to prepare fresh list and expedite the loan distribution in the schemes.
The D.M also expressed displeasure over the poor performance of nine banks in the matter of Credit Deposit ratio in the district.
” The Munger industries department has uploaded the names of 82 beneficiaries of Bihar Mukhayamantri Udyami Yojna on the portal who have been benefited under the Bihar Mukhya Mantri SC ,ST,EBC,Mahila and Young Entrepreneurship Yojna till May 30,” the District Industries Manager informed the D.M at the review meeting.
