JAMMU, Dec 4: Ajaz Ahmed Chouhan, son of Mohammad Sharief, a resident of Kalaban, tehsil Mendhar, district Poonch, lost his essential documents while traveling from Mendhar to Jammu in a bus.
The documents lost were pharmacist diploma, marks sheet of pharmacist, diploma in ECG, state subject, ST certificate, RBA certificate, 10th class diploma, 10th class mark sheet, 12th class diploma, 12th class marks sheet, experience certificate of pharmacist, ATM card of J&K Bank and 3 books.
