JAMMU, Oct 25: A man from Doda district was today found hanging in a hotel in Jammu City.
“Anjal Kumar (36) son of Dhuni Chand, resident of Dachan (Doda), was found hanging from the fan in a room of Prabhu Lodge located in Jewel area,” a police official said, adding, the family members of the deceased in Doda have been informed.
He said the deceased man had come to the Lodge last evening and today morning, he was found hanging in his room. “The body has been shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu for postmortem while inquest proceeding in this connection has been initiated at police station Nowabad,” the official added.
