Dogra Front organises protest rally against soaring LPG prices

JAMMU, Dec 4: Activists of Dogra Front & Shiv Sena under the leadership of their president Ashok Gupta here today took out a protest rally and did cooking on Chullahs to protest against the alleged hike in LPG prices.
A handout of Shiv Sena stated that in November, LPG prices were increased by about Rs 76 a cylinder while in October and September these prices had gone up by Rs 15 each.
Gupta appealed to PM Modi that price cap should be placed on the oil marketing companies as they have been exploiting people’s pockets and even if there is a slightest of upward movement in the crude oil, prices of the by-products are raised.
Prominent among protesters included Ashu, Surjeet Singh, Ramesh, Subash, Anita, Sushma, Nanki, Raj, Seema, Bantu, Prem, Abhishek, Dawasi, Sham, Ajay and others.
