JAMMU, Sept 25: Dogra Group of Educational Institutions presented a cheque of Rs 1,88,000 to Th Gulchain Singh Charak, former Minister, Chairman, Dogra Educational Trust, Jammu and Kashmir, Jammu for onward transmission to the Chief Minister of Kerala for the Relief Fund for the flood victims of Kerala State.
Secretary, Dogra Educational Trust, Kr Samardev Singh Charak on behalf of the institutions handed over the cheque in presence of Kr Gambhirdev Singh Charak, Secretary, SG Dogra Foundation, Ruchi Charak, Director, Rich Harvest School, Dr Vikesh Sharma, Principal, Dogra College of Education, Dr Komila Aggrawal, Principal, Dogra Law College, Bela Thakur, Principal, Dogra Degree College and Anita Bhatia, Principal, Rich Harvest School and Davinder Kour, Principal, Dogra Higher Secondary School.
Th. Gulchain Singh Charak appreciated the effrts of the staff and students of all the institutions functioning under this Trust for extending the help to the victims.
Students of these institutions have done their level best to provide relief and rehabilitation for affected people and reconstruction of the areas devastated by the flood that had hit the state of Kerala.
The members of the Trust and the management expressed their deepest sympathy to all the affected people of Kerala.
