JAMMU, Oct 24: Dogra Law College on organized an Extension Lecture on Civil Procedure Code for Law students, here today.
The Lecture was delivered by Standing counsel, Sumeet Bhatia, J&K High Court, expert in procedural Laws.
Advocate Sumeet Bhatia, delivered an informative lecture regarding the Civil Procedural Code and laid emphasis on importance and difference between the Civil Procedure Code of Centre and that of J&K State.
He enlightened the students by making use of presentation and the act of drafting and pleadings. Chariman Thakur Gulchain Singh Charak , Secretary Kr. Samer Dev Sing h Charak and Director Law Prof. KL Bhatia were the dignitaries present on the occasion along with the faculty members, Mrs Sumiksha Razdan, Ms Etika Gupta, Dr Komila Aggrawal, Ms Pavita Kiran Badyal, Mr Sunil Sharma, Mr Nawdeep Singh Sen and Ruchi Pangotra.
