Dogra listens grievances of people

JAMMU, June 9: Chairman OBC Department of Pardesh Congress Committee, Suresh Kumar Dogra today listened grievances of Ward no. 15 in Jammu East Constituency.
Ward no. 15 residents informed the Congress leader about dilapidated conditions of drains, lanes and wrong parking of two wheelers in busy and crowded lanes of the area.
The visit was arranged by Sourav Mehra, General Secretary District Urban OBC Dept of DCC.
The aggrieved people said lanes and drains in the area are poorly developed.
They also said that Raghunath Pura Mohalla and Kaleeth Nagar is a business hub of pharmaceuticals and emporium respectively, so the shopkeepers and their customers park their two wheelers in wrong way causing problems for others.
They also talked about garbage problem.
After listening to the grievances, the Congress leader assured that same will be resolved soon.
He also said that he will bring the problems into the notice of concerned department for early redressal.
Ravinder Kumar, Sanjay Kumar, Deepak Kumar and others were also present on the occasion.
