UDHAMPUR, July 30: ‘Badli’ – the first of its kind Dogri animated music video, was released today.
It has come into shape with a collaboration between the young talented artists who have portrayed the nuances of Duggar ‘Soan Mahina’ (monsoon) through animation. Illustrated and animated by the young Duggar artist and founder of ‘Parolaa’ Medhavi Sharma, this music video will fill joy in your hearts. Parolaa is an initiative for promotion of Dogra culture through art.
Music and vocals are by the ace singers Roohi and Juhi, who are renowned for bringing a new wave in the field of Dogri songs and music. Their voice adds charm to the visuals and becomes one with them.
Lyrics are by the prolific poetess/writer Kusum Sharma Antra. Her words touch the heart and take one to the Duggar mountains, the swings, the clouds, rivers and tender showers of rain. Compositing, sound design and edit has been done by the talented film maker and sound designer from Calcutta, Debanjan Majhi. He has done magic with the sound design and made the visuals come to life.
