JAMMU, Dec 30: A book release function organised by Dogri Bhasha Academy, was held here today.
The function was held under the guidance of Yashpaul Nirmal, founder Dogri Bhasha Academy, during which a book entitled Madhuparak, written by Rattan Bhardwaj was released.
The function was presided over by Prof Archana Kesar, eminent Dogri Scholar, writer former HOD PG Department of Dogri and Dean, Jammu University, while Om Vidhyarthi, eminent Dogri writer was the chief Guest and Sudesh Raj eminent Dogri writer was the special guest on the occasion.
Prof Archana Kesar in his address appreciated the efforts of team Dogri Bhasha Academy for organising such a beautiful and great event. She also congratulated to Rattan Bhardwaj for the release of his book.
A detailed research paper was presented by Dr Ashok Khajuria was highly appreciated by the audience.
Chief Guest, Om Vidhyarthi appreciated the efforts of Dogri Bhasha Academy for organising such a beautiful programme and said that the Rattan Bhardwaj is doing a great job in his mother tongue.
Special Guest, Sudesh Raj appreciated the efforts of Dogri Bhasha Academy and congratulated to Rattan Bhardwaj for releasing his book in Dogri language.
Author of the Book Rattan Bhardwaj also addressed to the audience and threw light on his writing journey and also recited his poetry.
Earlier, Roshan Bral formally welcomed the Dignitaries, esteemed guests, paper Readers, media persons.
