Domicile certificate issue

Sir,
This has the reference to the letter “Double talk politicians” by S N Raina. I would like to add here that one fails to understand the logic of the communal mind set and double standard of the Kashmir centric politicians and separatists.
The recent hullabaloo and undemocratic attitude of Kashmir centric political parties in the State Assembly has made  mockery of democracy. Issuing of much  needed Identity Certificate (Domicile Certificate) in favour of West Pakistan refugees residing in Jammu since 1949 is purely a humanitarian  act and has nothing to do with the State subject issue. Hence opposing the issuance of such certificate is unjustified and uncalled for.
At the same time, the complete silence of Kashmir centric politicians regarding the presence of good number of   Bangladeshi refugees in the State  has exposed the double standards of politicians.
For the last few years, Kashmir centric politicians and separatists have been time and again creating road blocks in the settlement of migrant Kashmiri Pandits in composite townships in the Valley  but at same time they always encourage Muslims particularly Muslims from Kashmir to build Muslim colonies in safe areas around Jammu encroaching Govt and forest land fearlessly. People of Jammu feel these dense habitations as future trouble spots in Jammu.
Let the Kashmir centric politicians clarify their double standard if they want the three regions to stand united.
Yours etc…
