JAMMU, Sept 19: A nine-month young kid Kabir Hussain, son of Imtiaz Hussain, resident of Kharak in Kalakote tehsil of Rajouri district is suffering disease and requires immediate surgery which the poor parents of Kabir are unable to afford.
