JAMMU, Sept 17: Senior DPAP leader and candidate from 79- Jammu North Assembly segment Advocate Maheshwar Singh Manhas today conducted door to door campaign and made fervent appeal to the voters to end the false slogans of the political parties who are responsible for the miseries of the people of the J&K.
He assured the people that under the leadership of Ghulam Nabi Azad (DPAP Chairman and former Chief Minister) the people of J&K will progress. Advocate Manhas highlighted the achievements of Azad as Chief Minister of J&K who brought revolution in development, infrastructure and employment.
Advocate Manhas further assured the people that being local and son of the soil he is well versed with the issues and problems of the area and will leave no stone unturned and for that appealed to the people to vote and support for his victory.
“The present incumbency has miserably failed in solving the unemployment and price rise of essential commodities. The DPAP, if wins, will provide free electricity, water and ration to the poor masses”, he said.
Prominent among those who accompanied Advocate Manhas in campaign were Harjeet Singh (Vice President Jammu Central zone), Madan Pal Singh (Vice President Jammu Urban), Ravinder Sharma (General Secretary Jammu Urban), Pawan Kumar (Raju Mahajan) (Block president), Ravinder Sharma (General Secretary District Jammu Urban), Ravinder Sharma (General Secretary Janipur Paloura), Rajeev Bhagat, Arjun Chib, Arun Sharma, Vishal Chib and Akshay Kumar.
