JAMMU, Sept 19: Advocate Maheshwar Singh Manhas, DPAP candidate from Jammu North, today intensified his door to door campaign.
Number of women also joined with Advocate Manhas in the campaign and appealed the people to vote and support him for overall development of the constituency. He listened to the issues and problems being faced by the people and assured that if elected he will fight for the cause of the people and will forcefully raise their issues in the Assembly and other forums.
He criticized the present Government for its failure to solve the problems of the unemployed youth. “The fraud in SI exam and failure of JKSSB in conducting of exams of different posts are adding to the pain and agony of unemployed youth”, Advocate Manhas said.
“Inflated electricity bills and uncontrolled prices of essential commodities have made the lives of the poor people miserable. There is hardly any front where people are not facing difficulties”, he further said, adding “the leaders of other political parties who are seeking votes from the people never ever enquired about the grievances of the areas of Jammu North constituency till announcement of elections”.
Advocate Manhas, who always remain on the forefront in projecting the grievances of the people, appealed the voters to reject such politicians and extend their full support to him by pressing the button of bucket on the Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) on the day of polling.
