JAMMU, Apr 21: Democratic Progressive Azad Party (DPAP) appointed new office bearers for five blocks of district Doda (Chinab Valley Zone) today.
The appointments were made by the party general secretary RS Chib on the approval of the party chairman, Ghulam Nabi Azad, party sources said.
Liaqat Ali Sheikh has been appointed as president of the DPAP for Jakyas block besides three senior vice presidents, seven vice presidents, seven general secretaries, 10 joint secretaries and others.
Jaffar Hussain from Koila village has been appointed as president for Kahra Block, Parvez Ahmed Kitchloo as president for Thathri Block, Mohd Shafi Rishu as president for Bhalla Block while Gandharab Singh hailing from village Chiralla as president for Chiralla block.
