ANANTNAG, Sept 6: DPAP chief spokesperson, Salman Nizami here today while addressing a public meeting in Nussu Qazigund reaffirmed Party’s commitment for development and securing the rights of the people, particularly concerning land ownership and job opportunities.
He called for support to Bilal Deva, Party’s candidate from Anantnag West stating that Deva represents a new vision for development and progress in the region.
Nizami stated that voting for DPAP would ensure that the people’s voices are heard and their rights are safeguarded.
He updated the gathering on the health of Party leader, Ghulam Nabi Azad, who has been unwell but is now recovering and would soon be visiting South Kashmir for election campaign.
Nizami said: “Our focus is only development and progress. It was Ghulam Nabi Azad who ensured massive development in two and a half years when he was CM and no other CM can match him in developments.”
He said that their vision is to uplift the poor and provide job opportunities to youth who are being involved in drugs due to unemployment.
He urged the public to support DPAP candidates to usher a new era of development in J&K.
