The Director School Education Jammu published updated Seniority list of Head Asstt. Senior Asstt and Junior Asstt. for having objections for the purpose of their promotions in the State Times dated 14-01-2014; the objections should reach in his office within a week time. Later on, the Director School Education, Jammu again published updated seniority list of the above said cadres in the State Time dated 24-09-2014.
I would like to bring it to the notice of the authority at the helm of affairs that as per Employees Appeal Rule, the DPC of employee may be conducted by the HoD in Ist of January & Ist of July every year but in Education Department the clerical staff are suffering for want of their promotions and retire in the same cadre or in the next cadre. I think for the last two or three years the employees of clerical cadre have been sitting in the same position and suffering for want of their promotions. I hope the DSE, Jammu will look into the matter personally and redress the issue at once without any further delay.
